“Dear Denis, I undertook the task of building a home with a fair amount of "fear and trepidation". I put off calling you for a few days after Stephen gave me your name because although I knew I wanted to move ahead, the project seemed a little daunting, to say the least. I recall hoping I would get a voicemail on the first try, but you picked up, so I took the plunge. Well-meaning friends and family shared some nightmarish experiences they had with other builders. They advised me to keep a close eye on every phase of the project to ensure that everything was done according to my wishes and specifications.
